Very disappointed in this charm , it looked cheap as it had what looked like a scratch all the way around and even it wasn’t so and supposed to be a natural mark ( so I was told after contacting them) as a company I wouldn’t of sent it to a customer and would of just chosen another, the company was slow to respond and there is no phone number to contact . I have purchased several items and all the others I’m extremely happy with but this was disappointing
They said I could send back but honestly by the time I pay postage its hardly worth while !
Beautiful jewelery, great size looks great with my other charms on the bracelet
Loved it but the day I put it on my bracelet I went for a walk and the clip came undone very easily and it was lost the day I got it
I had a issue with this particular charm and was very pleased they acknowledged this and sent me a new charm , that’s great customer service thankyou
