Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange Policy 

At ENDLESS & CO., your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer you a store credit to the value of the item(s) excluding shipping costs within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please take note of the following:

  • Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot permit returns or exchanges on earrings.
  • All sales items including those from sample sales are considered final and are not eligible for refunds, returns/store credit.
  • Only items in their original condition, including packaging, are eligible for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Fastest option: Use our Self-Service Returns & Exchanges page - it’s quicker and you don’t need to wait for us.

If you can’t use the portal, email us at hello@endlessandco.com.au with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Kindly note shipping costs for an exchange is at your own expense and shipping costs are non-refundable. Ensure the item is packaged securely, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged in transit.

 

Refund Policy 

While we generally do not offer refunds, exceptions may be made under certain circumstances. If the product you receive is flawed or doesn’t match your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a resolution.

Please note the following:

  • A 5% cancellation fee (with a minimum of $5) will apply to any cancelled orders, as we incur transaction costs.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any refunded orders, and shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

Warranty & Claims

Our jewellery is tested to ensure it will not tarnish within 12 months when worn in accordance with our care guidelines. We offer a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults with proof of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover general wear and tear, tarnishing, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse or incorrect care.

If you believe an item is faulty, please stop wearing it immediately and contact us as soon as possible. To assess a fault, we require clear photo or video evidence of the issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept fault claims where sufficient proof cannot be provided.

Missing items:
Any missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims made outside of this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Defective items on arrival:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives with a defect.
