Exchange Policy 

At ENDLESS & CO., your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to offer you a store credit to the value of the item(s) excluding shipping costs within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please take note of the following:

  • Unfortunately, due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot permit returns or exchanges on earrings.
  • All sales items including those from sample sales are considered final and are not eligible for refunds, returns/store credit.
  • Only items in their original condition, including packaging, are eligible for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange Process 

To start the exchange process, get in touch with our customer service team at hello@endlessandco.com.au, and send your order number along with the reason for the exchange.

Once the request is approved, we'll guide you on how to send the item back to us.

Remember, shipping back to us for an exchange is at your own expense. Ensure the item is packaged securely, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged in transit.

 

Refund Policy 

While we generally do not offer refunds, exceptions are made under certain circumstances. If the product you receive is flawed or doesn't match what you ordered, we're ready to make it right. Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery receipt to qualify for this. Kindly note that there will be a $5 fee deducted from all refunded totals.

 

Warranty

All jewellery purchases come with a 12-month warranty on all colour-related issues, and a 3-month warranty on all manufacturing faults and defects, starting from the date of purchase. Please note that accidental breakage or general wear and tear, such as scratches, are not covered by this warranty.
