Our jewellery is tested to ensure it will not tarnish within 12 months when following our care guidelines. We offer a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults with proof of purchase. This covers defects only and excludes general wear and tear, tarnishing, or damage from misuse. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for items received with defects.

Your items will be thoughtfully packaged in a minimal combination of our custom microfibre pouches and jewellery boxes. This approach helps us reduce waste and keep costs down for our customers.
