Knots in the chain and customer service no help

I was so looking forward to this necklace but despite packaging, my chain arrived with 3 tiny difficult knots in it, even on the flat pendant side…? Must have been packed knotted. I have arthritic fingers and despite my best attempts I was unable to de tangle. When I contacted customer service about the knots I was told to
use a fine pin and that was that. Not helpful at all. I ended up throwing my necklace away.

This necklace is beautiful and is just the right length. Even the chain is sparkly which I love. The little stone is set on the chain so doesnt always stay where it is meant to be but that isnt an issue. I love it
